Consultations

Homeopathic Consultations

Consultations are in person at Red Head by appointment or online.

Initial Consultation: $220 (1.5 – 2 hours).

Follow-up: $140 (1 hour).

In the first consultation, which takes between 1-1/2 and 2 hours, your symptoms will be explored as well as how you respond to your environment, other people and to food. Your dreams and fears, medical history, personal and family history will also be explored so that what is characteristic of you can be determined.

This confidential consultation thoroughly explores your health and the person you are, putting you on the path to a greater understanding of yourself and your health within the context of your life story. Elizabeth will then take time to reflect on your case before deciding on a remedy. The cost of consultations includes the time taken to research and reflect on the case.

Follow up consultations
Follow up consultations take about an hour. It may be necessary to have several consultations before you and your complaint can be fully understood. Sometimes it takes time to return to good health. Once well, some people regularly check in as a way of maintaining a strong constitution and sustaining well-being.

Bowen Therapy Sessions

Best results are obtained from three initial treatments.

Bowen + Floral Acupuncture treatment: $80 (1.5 hrs)

A Bowen consultation usually lasts about 1 – 1/2 hours. Clients lie on a massage table. A session involves a series of moves, which may be done through light, comfortable clothing. There will be a ‘wait’ between each set of moves, and the practitioner will leave the room, allowing a few minutes for the client’s body to respond. A common treatment involves balancing the entire body with moves on the lower back, the upper back and the neck. Further Bowen moves may also be added during a treatment.

Elizabeth may apply a Bach Flower Essence to acupuncture points on the body to assist in the healing process.

Floral Acupuncture

Elizabeth employs the Floral Acupuncture™ method, which involves the topical application of Bach Flower remedies to specific acupuncture points on the body. This gentle and nurturing technique helps to release emotional traumas that can contribute to pain, physical restriction, and overall ill-health. Trained by Deborah Craydon, a co-founder of Floral Acupuncture™, Elizabeth skillfully integrates this non-invasive method to support the healing of emotions linked to physical conditions.

Flower essences applied topically can be incorporated into a Bowen treatment and as part of your continued support plan you may continue to take the required Flower essence orally.
