I have always been drawn to good nutrition and natural therapies. I first encountered Homeopathy when our first child was born and I was looking for gentle, drug-free treatment for our baby. As the family grew, homeopathy, naturopathy and anthroposophical medicine became our main ways of treating childhood illnesses and accidents, for first aid and for our overall health and well-being. Treating some of our children’s acute illnesses with homeopathic medicine was so empowering!
I trained initially as a teacher and taught in schools and TAFE before moving into Counselling.Working as a Counsellor stimulated my interest in learning alternative therapies. I learned Reiki and became a Bowen therapist after a serious car accident when I was looking for drug- free ways to help myself and my family recover from the trauma and physical injuries we had sustained. I was amazed at how successfully Bowen was able to release trauma and pain from my body and mind, and loved that I could help others too with this wonderful technique. I completed a Certificate IV in Bowen Therapy in 2007 and became a Full Member of the Bowen Association of Australia. As a Bowen therapist, I developed a strong interest in how the body communicates what it needs. I found that using a Bach Flower essence topically on a specific acupuncture point assists the body to release trauma, whilst offering the beautiful healing quality of the flower. In recent years I have been able to study Floral Acupuncture further with Master Flower Essence practitioner Deborah Craydon.
I studied Homeopathy at Misha Norland’s world-renowned UK School of Homeopathy, graduating with the Practitioner Diploma in 2022.
My initial degree in Psychology and understanding of the physical body experienced through Bowen studies and practice, has given me a strong foundation for Homeopathy. I continue to study Homeopathy and Bowen therapy with regular attendance at educational seminars as an important part of my professional development.
I hold homeopathic registration with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths www.a-r-h.org and Bowen registration with the Bowen Association of Australia. www.bowen.org.au
Meditation, walking on the beach and biodynamic gardening resource me for life and for my homeopathic work with people of all ages.

Homeopathy is a wholistic method of overcoming sickness and promoting long term well being. The homeopath considers your physical, mental and emotional symptoms because they are all expressions of the body’s imbalance.

Bowen is a gentle form of Bodywork in which subtle moves on the muscles and connective tissue send messages via the fascia deep into the body, reminding the body of its innate relaxed, balanced state of body, mind and spirit.
